The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin; The Boy in the Field by Margot Livesey; The Feast of Love by Charles Baxter; Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant by Anne Tyler; Commonwealth by Ann Patchett; and Foreign Affairs by Alison Lurie are all novels that would be wonderful to read this summer, if you haven't had a chance to read them. Actually, they would be wonderful to read anytime. You will be glad to meet the characters that populate these books.
